The "haircut" I got today was the worst I've ever gotten in 30 years. I went in for a high Bob, which has been extremely popular since the early 1960:s at the very least and the woman couldn't seem to understand, even with a photo how to cut it. Then another lady came to "help" and completely screwed up the back of my head. I simply wanted to have my neckline brought to a point....she seriously went from high right to low left leaving me with a neckline looking like some ghetto 90's buzz cut for a man. Unbelievable. I had a clear photo of that too. I was so mad I ripped off the black bib and walked out. I had to immediately go get it fixed at a different salon. Even THEY said that it was rediculous. Never again!! If your staff can't do simple, beginner cuts.....and one's that are extremely popular.... please please please encourage them to go bag groceries.
Any other day, I would give them five stars, they are always nice, and honestly we really don't take our kids anywhere else to get their haircuts. However, after our recent visit, we might be inclined to do so. Our neighbor's daughter works at this location, and we received coupons for a promotion, evidently the coupons have not been put into the system, the manager came up, and asked where I received these coupons, after explaining that our neighbor, who is older and mistakenly thought his daughter was the manager, said his daughter was the manager and gave us the coupons, this lady got very rude and said, "I am the manager, and I don't even live around here!" I explained to her who our neighbor was, and once she figured out it was an employee's father, she honored our coupon. This lady was extremely rude, and short with me, and being a VERY loyal customer, it really rubbed me the wrong way. I am not sure that I will ever go back. From what I have heard, it seems someone has been making fake coupons for this location, but I am not that person, and I do not wish to be treated so disrespectful for trying to use a coupon that YOUR company has not had the time to add in your system. I am an honest, hard working person who simply just wanted to get a good deal at a place that I ALWAYS get my kids haircuts for a couponed price.
My husband came here today to get his haircut, typical for a Sunday and he said "it was the best and fastest haircut that I have ever received" great job Courtney! Best service he has gotten there yet.
