Great ladies and awesome haircutting.
I called an hour before they closed to see if they could squeeze me in. Well it was going to take me about 20 minutes to even get there, but they said they could do a wash and trim for me anyways. So I'm 3 minutes late from the requested time. The lady didn't even blink an eye over it and sat me down to get to work. And she did a wonderful job and even though we ended up going past the shop hours she was still very polite and insistent that she'd let me have her finish the job. These girls deserve a raise for the costumer service at the very least. Outstanding.
Walked in with my son today (August 27, 2017) and asked to get him a haircut...the girl working a chair walked into the back and told the manager, who then asked me if I could come back another day, as they were booked all day? Clearly I could see that two customers were getting dye jobs, and since my request was simply a small paying job, they wouldn't make time for it. Won't be returning, and sending corporate an email.
Go here all the time for haircuts. Friendly staff, consistent quality of cut and a good selection of hair products.
I was impressed! These ladies did a great job of listening to what I wanted and I love my hair!
