Couldn't get anyone to help us. They page someone to help us twice. Had to chase a guy down to get what I needed.
We like the store. They keep it really warm inside, we usually have to shed clothing if we're there very long. The employees are helpful, sometimes difficult to track them down.
Very helpful people with reasonable prices. If you're a veteran you get a 10% discount to boot!
They actually had what we were after. Vinyl fence brackets. Not a trip to toledo this time
I ordered a dryer on the website and had numerous problems entering my payment information. The address lines are very specific and there can be no special characters - including periods. Annoying. Then, about 10 minutes after I was finally able to complete my order, a woman called me from the store and told me that "we don't have the model you ordered and can't get it, so we canceled your order." I asked if they could get it from another store, and she said "I don't know, you'll have to check the website." Um, ok.... thanks for nothing. So this morning I checked my bank account and even though they said that they canceled my order, the charge was still pending in my account. Calling customer service, I found out that canceling the order doesn't mean refunding my account. The woman on the phone was very nice, Brooklyn I think was her name, and made sure that the refund got processed. The two stars are for her being so friendly and for fixing the problem.
