We just gave this new chain a try since they sold Husqvarna products. Buyers beware! They don't tell you that their policy is absolutely no returns on any item with a gas motor! There is a little sign with small font stating it, that's all. My wife bought me a $600 chainsaw, I tried it today and the chain oiler is defective. I took my original receipt in to return it and the manager stops the cashier telling her no way. I asked for the store owners name, she wouldn't give it but called him on the phone twice to stating "he's on vacation" but wouldn't hand me the phone to discuss it with him. Even the two cashiers trying to assist before the manager stopped us felt it was unfair and wanted to help me. I wasn't yelling or creating a scene, just have never been treated this way at TSC, Lowe's, Home Depot, Andersen's or any other retailer in the 41yrs I've been around. I am pursuing things through Husqvarna and suggesting that they drop them as a dealer for their saws unless they change this policy. I will stick to store names I recognize from now on...definitely NOT a family oriented policy. I felt like I was dupped!
