Dr. Smith and the staff were very helpful. I was able to get in the day that I called, due to a cancellation. I got in, got an exam, it took about an hour and I found that I have a slight need for glasses. I ordered my glasses and they were ready in 6 days. Very happy with my experience.
Don't even waste your time I went online to schedule an appointment and after setting it up I figured I should call and make sure my appointment is set. the lady said I'm I'll set to go and over the course of 2 weeks I kept getting text notifications to remind me of my appointment, email confirmations, whole 9 yards. Then the day before my appointment they call and tell me they cancelled my appointment. I would have got better service at a freaking Walmart and that's sad.
