My wife and I signed up for this gym back before it was even opened during the pre-signings. It's a great clean place to workout! Most of the staff is very friendly and helpful. The overnight staff is great (Ben?). For some reason the head guy during the day never smiles or acknowledges us (bald guy. Damien?) And neither does the staff member he's always with, even if we nod or say hello (glasses with Mohawk?). After a few of these, it kinda made my wife feel a bit judged/awkward as she stopped going for almost 300 days, which caused me slack off as well! We're trying to get back into it now, but besides that it's an overall great clean gym and you can't beat their black card deal! Thanks for coming to Adrian!
The staff is friendly, the equipment is clean, they have water massage beds, tanning beds and booths, massage chairs, and I have yet to feel uncomfortable, or intimidated by other patrons.
I canceled months ago and paid their stupid $58 fee for cancelling a month early (from my year long membership). Lo and behold I'm still getting charged, and the only way to cancel is by sending a letter or in person?! Sounds like a convenient way to screw people over.
Horrible men's room is always extremely dirty, leeches crawling out of sink, showers are orange, staff is usually alone sitting on the counter on their cell phones... but this is the only decent option in town for the price.
I signed up online and when I arrived for my first visit I was very disappointed. I expected a tour and a little bit of information. The website leads you to believe that you will get this great welcome, a free t-shirt, and great benefits with the $19.99 plan. The staff person handed me my tag and said you are all set. No tour, no shirt, not even a smile from her. The place is very clean and they have plenty of equipment but they need to work on customer service. I walked out a year ago and joined another gym for the same reason.
