Cant return items after 90 days well i didn't no if i needed and was going to use the item i bought ive been sick of this place. They made my mind up only thing keeping me coming here is staight talk well boost has a family prepay deal way better im signing up and never haft to step foot on walmarts property
As someone who isn’t a native of this town, I was treated horrible by a zone supervisor at this store (Penny). I had a return and my receipt was faded in certain parts due to water but the barcode and date were clear. She told me that she had to return the item back to me on a gift card because she didn’t know how I paid. I informed her that I had my receipt. She told me but yea I don’t know if you paid full price for it. I informed her that all she had to do was scan the bar code and look up my receipt. She specifically told me that she did not have time to do that and that she had other customers inline whom she needed to take care of. I told her that I was a customer in the customer service line so she needed to service me. She refused and told me that I could step to the side until she checked out the people who were in line after me because her manager told her that she didn’t have to look up receipts. When asked where her manager was she stated probably at home by now. When asked who was in charge she informed me that they only had the assistant. When asked where is the person in charge she told me somewhere out there. I asked her to go get the manager in charge. Instead of telling the manager that I needed her she just found the manager to turn the key to void out my transaction. Which in that time she could have scanned my barcode and found the receipt. The manager came up and Penny didn’t even tell her that I was waiting I literally had to approach the manager myself and tell her I had a problem. The customer service manager kindly looked up my receipt by scanning the barcode all which took less than 2 minutes. I honestly have never been treated this way. As much as I hate to say it because I have never had this issue but I was the only African American lady in the customer service line at that time. I’m not sure why Penny treated me that way...but no supervisor should be allowed to act like that at any job. You can’t properly lead by example treating customers that way.
Consistently rude employees. Bathrooms are never clean. Stock is never full. I know Wal-Mart is bad but this one takes the cake. I have never been told by anyone that "even a toothless old hag needs to be I.D.ed." Just because I chose to go natural today instead on putting in my dental plate is no excuse to be mean.
I love Wal-Mart's and sadly this one is the closest to me. You can never find help when you need it and if you can find help it takes 4 employees running around like chickens with their heads cut off and half and hour to help you. Not only that but dealing with the bus loads of illeagl immigrant who shop there is a major pain!! They are rude and will run you over with there cart trying to get what they need.
Only reason I gave it a 4 & not a 3 is because they finally got a special needs cart for children. They also have a good variety of things not extremely huge but not to small. It can get overwhelming but the people are not complete a holes like Meijer. I'm a little annoyed with the fact I have to wait in service line to put money on my blue bird now. A few workers are very nice and know us. They always greet my daughter and usually have a sticker for her.
