this is what Iv'e found on this place. good at selling tires and have a decent choice, the salesmen try to get you in as fast as possible. the bad..service ! SLOW,SLOW, and SLOWER. One would think, once you buy tires that they will take care of you especially after purchasing the warranties. oh they honor the warranties BUT you just have to wait forever and a day to get anything done because selling is the moneymaker and they would rather sell you new tires and give you x amount of credit for the old, than do any type of service from a previous sale and the servicemen well ..its ridiculous that you might have to wait a half hour just to have your air checked a couple months later, let alone anything else. this is poor management and communication on their part so its good to compare other tire dealers in the area that put the service first because if you need anything during and after buying tires, its usually going to be service.
The staff here were great! Especially the guy at the counter. He really took care of me and my car. I had an appointment today for four new tires and they were crazy busy with the snow, but they still got me in and out in under 2 hours and honored my appointment. He even gave me a discount because I was polite. Remember the golden rule people!
Just had a great experiwnce at this discount tire, been coming here for years for all 3 of my vehicles. Just dealt with Chase the store manager and he went above and beyond to make sure i was satisified. Guys here are awesome and ill be a customer for life.
These guys are great! Always helpful answering my questions and getting me back on the road. Service is good and they get you in and fixed up pretty quick. The best prices too.
I am so glade they refused to work on my suv with tpms sensors i need a vaulve stem replaced they said it needed a 60 dollar sensor and couldn't help me unless they replaced the part. I went straight to Wal-Mart.....and they were awsome not only did they replace the valve stem and reprogrammed the tpms all for less then half these clowns wanted for one sensor so go walmart they are the best.....oh discount tire thank you for not helping me
